Speaker Series with Rachel Burt
External workplace investigations and cultural reviews are increasingly common. Organisations engage independent reviewers to assess their workplace culture, team dynamics or previous handling of an incident. Sometimes investigations come about because of complex claims of bullying, sexual harassment or discrimination. Rachel will discuss when to engage an external investigator, common problem areas and how to address such issues, positive engagement with vulnerable staff during the investigation, and offer examples of constructive outcomes.
Rachel Burt is an employment law barrister who frequently conducts investigations and reviews for public and private organisations.
