Speaker Series: Food for fuel



When it comes to being active, a healthy and high-fuel diet can help you achieve your peak performance. Your body is your vehicle, so you must keep your engine running when you work out. That means fuelling up your body by eating the right foods and drinking the right fluids, in the right amounts at the right times.

Knowing what to put into your body (nutrition) is as important as what you do with your body (exercise). Both are crucial to keeping your engine performing at its best.
