Degustation Dinner: A New Zealander in New York


The Wellington Club Sous Chef Liam Dollimore is putting on a special 7-course degustation on Thursday 28 March. 

Guests on the night will be treated to culinary delights inspired by Liam’s trip to New York earlier this year, where he spent time at Michelin-star restaurant, The Musket Room.

Liam’s degustation menu will include 7 courses with matching wines, and a drink on arrival.

Please know there are limited seats, so best to get in quick.


Time: 6.30pm for 7pm start
Dress: Business Casual
Cost: $130 per person
