Club chef, Alfonso Basile will demonstrate how to prepare your own Sicilian culinary delights
during this hands on cooking class. Dishes featured include; bruschetta, fresh linguine
pasta Al Frutti di Mare, and his grandmother’s secret recipe for cannoli filled dessert. During
the class, participants will be offered prosecco and antipasti and will enjoy a traditional Italian dinner to follow.
